Returns & Exchanges
At Le Tanneur, we strive for excellence in every creation; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by their authentic packaging and tags.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your customer account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your return authorization.
Prepare the Parcel
Carefully place the items in their original protective felt pouch and box, ensuring the return form is included inside the package to facilitate processing.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Deposit your package at an authorized collection point or post office and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been confirmed via email.
